Finished the panel for radio stations configuration

Finished the panel for sound configuration

Implemented volume support thru mixer device

Added Stereo support for devices that support it

Added Channel Surfing feature :-)

Buttons to change frequency now work (including picking a preset and the seek buttons).

Mute button's working using the card feature (when supported)

Time display is operational.
